Zoo Visit

We have annual passes to the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park. We make it a goal to go atleast once a month. However, this is not so easy to do. On our last visit to the zoo. Briana was able to feed the giraffes. One of her favorite activities is to feed animals and her baby brother. She was all for it until she saw the giraffe's long tongue. She insisted that daddy do it!!

Fish Hatchery

Briana loves animals. So, we decided to take her to the fish hatchery. There were a ton of fish from tiny babies to full size. Briana even had a chance to feed them.

June Lake

We decided to take a walk by June Lake which was less than five minutes from our campsite. It was cool outside and the water was even colder. That didn't stop Alan and Briana!

Camping Trip in Mammoth

This is out first official camping trip with our new RV. I wasnt sure how the kids would do being away from home, especially William.

Briana and William were at home within minutes.



We decided to have a campfire. William noticed the flames right away and would not leave them alone no matter what we did to discourage him!

We tried holding him and letting him look from a safe distance but none of these things seemed to work.



We finally came up with a solution that helped everyone relax and enjoy the fire.


Briana is learning how to roast marshmellows. :)
